A Practice for Everyday Life

Entrance to Bauhaus: Art as Life at Barbican Art Gallery. Exhibition design by A Practice for Everyday Life. A Poundshop favourite A Practice for Everyday Life is a London-based design agency, whose recent projects include the exhibition design of Bauhaus: Art as Life at Barbican Art Gallery and a new visual identity for Witte de With Center for Contemporary Art in Rotterdam. Working on everything from brand identity and printed matter to signage, wayfinding and exhibition design, they enjoy investigating, exploring, collecting and experimenting, using these experiences to arrive at outcomes that surprise, delight and engage on many levels. They’re currently working on the graphic identity of a new cross-disciplinary arts space in Hong Kong and the design of a major new retrospective publication for the artist Linder. First joining us for Poundshop 2 in Roman Road we are happy to welcome them back with our favourite Sotsassbands. Grab them this weekend at the King’s Cross Picnic!
